generating and uploading the table

The generated table is saved and at the same time uploaded to the B PHY registers 0x3C0 - 0x3FF.

• set result table index to 0
• for each index for the RF attenuation list (created when measuring the LO)
  • for each index for the baseband attenuation list (also created when measuring the LO)
    1. create a value like this:

       mask	contents
       0xFF00	BB attenuation list value at current index
       0x00F0	4 for radio revision 8, 5 for others
       0x000F	RF attenuation list value at current index

    2. write that value to the table at the result table index
    3. increase the result table index
    4. if the table index has reached 64, break out of the loops
• write the last generated value to table index 63
